Guarantee:  Advance deposit of 1 night room and tax is due at booking to secure reservations with a 48 hour cancellation. Exceptions: July 1 - July 4 2012, February 17 - February 19 2012 & December 23, 2012 - January 1, 2013 & requires a deposit in the form of a credit card, check or money order equal to one nights lodging at booking per room and tax, with the full balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: To avoid any penalties, cancellations or changes in your reservation must be received 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Exceptions: July 1 - July 4 2012, requires 7 day advance notice or you forfeit 1st night room and tax, December 23, 2012 - January 1, 2013, requires 1st night room and tax at booking - Non-Refundable deposit - 60 day prepay with a 31 days cancellation 30 days or less FULL FORFEITURE, February 17 - February 19, 2012 requires 7 day advance notice or you forfeit 1st night room and tax.
